This weekend was perfect! The weather was beautiful and we spent it with family!
Felix had his first swimming lesson Saturday. Walter and I were a little worried since he does not like water in his face and has only been in a pool one time before. Felix did so well and had a lot of fun. He tried things we never thought he would. He was jumping off the side of the pool, blowing bubbles in the water and totally LOVING it! We left with Felix asking to go back...Swimming lessons were a success!
Our family from Seattle came to town for Easter. Felix and Satchel are only a few months apart and are into a lot of the same things, which is really fun. Saturday, we played at the park, dyed eggs, made bead bracelets and barbecued. The weather was beautiful and it was really fun to be with family.
The Easter bunny visited our house and dropped off baskets for all three kids. Felix woke up to many special presents; trains, garden tools, a wind up ducky, treats and a couple other little treasures. Walter, Felix and I got dressed and headed to Mor Mor's for breakfast, egg hunting and more celebration. The three little boys were all together and had a good time searching for the eggs. Mor Mor had Easter baskets for the kids, filled with all sorts of goodies. It was hard to say goodbye to Signe, Chris and Satchel, but we know we will see them soon...even if it is on FaceTime.
We missed Cameron and Madison, but we're so happy to talk to them. Their baskets are patiently waiting their arrival!
This was a great weekend! It was busy, but so much fun. Lots of laughter, smiling and sunshine!

LOVE all these pictures! Especially the last one. Glad you had a good Easter weekend.
